Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue and Growth
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 5 Commercial Account Executives.
- Creating and executing on a plan to hit targets and exceed them.
- Oversee full sales cycle from opportunity creation through close, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
- Partner closely with inside sales, marketing, systems engineering, and partner teams to drive account strategy and customer engagement.
- Coordinate field-level activity with strategic partners, including Rubrik, Nutanix, and key VARs/MSPs/TSPs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine commercial segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Understands & uses MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool as well as Command of the Message.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, forecast calls, and performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs, activity metrics, and pipeline health to drive accountability and optimize performance.
- 3+ years in sales management or team lead role with 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B technology sales
- Demonstrated success leading teams selling to commercial or mid-market accounts.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales talent.
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies.
- Experience working closely with alliance partners like Rubrik, Nutanix, along with VARs, MSPs, TSPs, and distributors.
- Strategic Leader: You align execution with business objectives and think ahead.
