The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Project Managers within the PMO team overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Project Managers within the PMO team overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative duties to support project execution
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, minute meetings, create and manage Zendesk tickets for projects, assign customer numbers, document and generate reports
- Assisting in project planning: Help in developing project plans, timelines and budgets
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring effective communication.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverable
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or industry related field is required
- 1-2 years of experience in project support/ project coordination, or service delivery roles.
- Industry-specific knowledge, familiarity with IT environments, preferably within an MSP, systems integrator, or technology services company
- Strong ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources simultaneously
- Proficiency with Project Management software like MS Project and/or Jira
- Strong Command of MS Office, especially MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong time management with ability to effectively prioritize tasks, keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt and handle changing project requirements and priorities
- Understanding of project budgeting, track project costs and resource management
- Project related certification is desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, APM)
