Job Summary: 
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to support out next phase of growth. This role is designed to lead our full lifecycle recruiting efforts in a dynamic technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent, managing processes, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Full Lifecycle Recruiting (Hands On): 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, sales, and corporate roles 
  • Lead intake meetings to define clear role requirements and expectations 
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement 
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate quality and experience 
 Strategy Development: 
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with the company’s goals. 
  • Analyze market trends and competition to position the company as an employer of choice within the technical industry. 
 Process Improvement: 
  • Evaluate and improve use of ATS and recruiting tools 
  • Help build reporting and visibility into recruiting metrics 
  • Ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and scalable 
 Hiring Manager Partnership 
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on process, market insights, and candidate evaluation 
  • Ensure a consistent and professional interview experience across all teams 
  • Help hiring managers make informed, timely decisions 
 Collaboration and Communication: 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment in sourcing and selection. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies and other recruiting partners. 
  • Maintain excellent rapport with the candidates, and provide direct feedback along the way 
  • Oversee and provide support and direction to the hiring efforts in UK office 
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. 
  Key Qualifications and Experience:  
  • 8–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in corporate environments 
  • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations 
  • Exposure to international recruiting (EMEA/APAC preferred) 
  • Experience working with and optimizing ATS and recruiting systems 
  • Strong ability to influence hiring managers and drive process adherence 
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on recruitment with process improvement 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
