Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing implementation projects efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning:
· Act as project manager for Implementation and DR Implementation projects
· Schedule and manage required next steps for onboarding both in Implementation and DR
· Bring in appropriate team members from Client Services or Support as required
· Set milestones based on customer contracts and agreed upon targets
· Identify risks to successful completion of onboarding
· Communicate any delays up to senior leadership
· Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate these impacts to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
· Confirm appropriate documentation has been updated and logged by the required team members.
Process Improvement:
· Identify areas where the implementation processes can be improved for DR or Backup
· Improve documentation of the process for delivering the services
· Maintain project documentation and deliver project completion information to the stakeholders at the end of the project
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in project management.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
· PMP or similar certification is a plus.
