Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Professional to join our team and play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovation-driven solutions in the Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) space. This individual will serve as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors. guiding them through the adoption of advanced cloud, cyber resiliency, and disaster recovery solutions while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role will be part of the Solutions team responsible for ensuring the Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness of all of Assured’s DR customer base, implementing new customers, and ensuring that tests go smoothly. The best candidates need to have excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise & Advisory:
- Act as a technical expert and advisor on innovation-driven projects, providing support in areas like disaster recovery, cyber security, and cloud solutions.
- Engage with enterprise clients to gather requirements, implement and support solutions and optimize service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Support the introduction of new technologies and services by working with other stakeholders to build test environments and proof of concepts
- Provide technical validation and support for sales efforts, proof-of-value engagements, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Support, Infrastructure, Development and Security teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams—Services Delivery, Internal IT, and Channel—to foster seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation in existing services.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to ensure solutions remain leading-edge.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years in technical roles, with experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or technical consulting.
- Virtualization systems (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Network configurations (IP addressing, Gateways, DNS, etc.)
- Engineering tools for troubleshooting connectivity
- Backup and recovery solutions for virtual environments
- Industry certifications in key platforms, including Rubrik, Nutanix, VMware, Zerto, AWS, Azure, and Pure Storage a plus.
- Proven track record of engaging with enterprise clients in a technical advisory capacity.
- Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs), system integrators, or technology vendors is preferred.
- Solid understanding of technology, financial models and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- This position may require some travel, less than 10%
