Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day and strategic functions of our Client Services team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining consistent operations, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting key customer lifecycle activities—including renewals, purchase order coordination, and customer-focused reporting. You'll work closely with the Global Head of Client Services and Client Service Managers (CSMs), helping the team operate efficiently and scale effectively.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly organized, service-driven environment and is looking to grow into a more strategic Client Services Operations role over time.
This role sits in our Herndon, VA office.

Key Responsibilities:
Renewals & Partner Coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Client Services as needed.
- Manage renewal and auto-renewal workflows. Monitor key dates and partner obligations to ensure timely execution of renewals; including securing updated purchase orders for new terms when required.
- Support onboarding of new Client Services team members.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and assist with system-level updates to help drive data-driven visibility and insights.
- Track SLA metrics and performance indicators to support team accountability.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with special projects and initiatives aimed at scaling Client Services tools, visibility, and efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a customer operations, client services, or administrative support role in a SaaS or IT services organization
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with data, advanced Excel skills, dashboards, CRM experience as well as process improvement experience in identifying process gaps
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset
- Experience with ChurnZero a plus
- BA /BS degree highly preferred
